Facebook is reportedly working on a smart speaker, but don't expect the device to be as chatty as other virtual assistants.
Amazon and Google have released devices that connect to a voice-controlled virtual assistant and apparently Facebook is also interested in jumping on the bandwagon. Apple announced in June it is releasing a smart speaker called HomePod.
