Pikom chairman Chin Chee Seong is inviting companies to consult with it on the WannaCry issue.

The National ICT Association of Malaysia (Pikom) says its 1,000 plus members have not reported being hit by the WannaCry ransomware. The members have also not alerted the association on any of their clients being affected by the infamous ransomware.

This is expected in cases like this as many would rather keep a low profile and hope the issue blows over, it says in a statement, adding that this issue cannot be swept under the carpet.
