Stream it: The Chromecast 2 has a new design and support for 802.11ac.
It looks like Lazada is now offering Google’s official Chromecast 2 for purchase in Malaysia.
The Chromecast 2 is the second-generation streaming device from Google – the major difference is that the Chromecast 2 supports 802.11ac WiFi with support for the 5GHz band where the older Chromecast only supported 802.11b/g/n on the 2.4GHz band.
