Easy does it: The WellBe is a bracelet which monitors and detects stress.

This elegant leather and metal bracelet connects via Bluetooth to the Caeden App which is compatible with Apple Healthkit. It tracks your stress by analysing your heart rate (particularly the difference between two beats) and breathing. It helps you to improve control of your nervous system by sending you a series of breathing and meditation initiation exercises. Sona also offers the more classic features of an activity tracker and calculates total calories burned. It is currently available for pre-orders and an Android version with Google Fit is expected soon.
