Apple to construct Cupertino visitor's centre

Plans have surfaced for a new visitor's centre at Apple's Spaceship campus in Cupertino, California in the US.

Silicon Valley Business Journal reporter Nathan Donato-Weinstein discovered the previously unnoticed plans while trolling city documents.

The Apple Campus 2 visitor's centre, it reportedly includes a café, a store that will offer Apple products and viewing platform that looks out over the US$5bil (RM19bil) Spaceship campus from across the street.

The proposal was approved in 2013, although no details were submitted until April of this year. — AFP Relaxnews
