Easy access: The Sharp Cloud SmartHome System makes monitoring what goes on at home much easier through a mobile app that's connected to the cloud.

Keeping tabs on what's going on at home while you're out and about might just become a whole lot easier now with the Sharp Cloud SmartHome System.

This Cloud-based security system has monitoring, surveillance and alarm capabilities. It features a plug-and-play design so you can easily set it up on your own. Not only that, you can save yourself the need to pay for monthly service provider fees.

With just an app on your mobile device and a connection to the Internet, family members and other trusted contacts can be given access to this security system. The system allows up to five authorised users and five emergency contacts to be connected to it.

Other features that it offers includes multiple location monitoring, simultaneous 24/7 event notification through email and text messages, a panic button and a remote arming and disarming function.

Once the alarm has been triggered, those connected to the system will be notified and the system will record and share the footage with users.

The starter kit for this system is priced at RM2,499 and includes one overcloud processing unit, two high definition infrared IP cameras (equipped with microphone and speaker to allow two-way communications), two door or window sensors, one remote control and one 16GB USB flash drive.

Buyers can have the option of adding on extra IP cameras and alarm kits at RM999 each.

The system can be purchased via the Aeon Easy Payment Scheme at an interest rate of 0.88% or using selected credit cards on a 0% instalment payment plan for 36 months at all Senheng outlets and SenQ Digital Stations nationwide.
