COLLECTIVE SIGH OF RELIEF: Facebook is back up.

Facebook appeared to be down for about half an hour before it was fixed.

"Sorry, something went wrong. We're working on it and we'll get it fixed as soon as we can," Facebook said on its website when it went down.

Users from the United States, India and Malaysia reported that they were unable to log on to the website.

Representatives at Facebook were not immediately available for comment. — Reuters
