Pikom summit boasts speakers from AirAsia, Silverlake

THE EVOLVING DIGITAL AGE: Pikom chairman Cheah Kok Hoong hopes to address the issues with its summit

AirAsia Bhd senior independent non-executive chairman Tan Sri Rafidah Aziz,  Silverlake Group (IT solutions firm) executive chairman Goh Peng Ooi and Tune Talk Sdn Bhd chief executive officer Jason Lo are among those who will be speaking at the Pikom (The National ICT Association of Malaysia) leadership summit.

AirAsia Bhd is a highly-profitable low-cost airline that flys to 100 destinations while Silverlake has over 100 global and local clients that include 40% of the top 20 largest banks in Southeast Asia.  Tune Talk Sdn Bhd  is a mobile virtual network operator that aims to roll out its services across Asean.

Themed Breaching the New Frontiers in the Digital Age, the Summit will feature C-level speakers from MNCs to local corporations and is set to see a strong crowd of 250+ senior level decision makers.

In conjunction, the annual ICT Strategic Review 2014/2015 with thought leadership articles from movers and shakers of the industry on the same theme, would be unveiled at the event.

Now in its sixth year, the one-day programme has case studies from multinationals and local companies.

There is also a series of panel discussions with chief executives deliberating on topics like the changing of the IT landscape in the digital age and journey of digital entrepreneurship.

Pikom chairman Cheah Kok Hoong  said “This year, the Summit will see great insights on what’s coming in the digital space.“
