Notebooks and tablets high on back-to-school shopping lists

As students head off to college for the start of the academic year, more than half will do so with a new tablet or notebook. 

Computers and the Internet have revolutionised learning and as devices get smaller, lighter and more and more mobile, the benefits are becoming clearer to see — so much so that 90% of US parents with college-age kids quizzed by Harris Poll for Dell agree that tech now gives students an advantage and makes learning easier and more accessible.
