Office 2013 now transferable

A few weeks back, we featured a story about Microsoft's licensing terms for Office 2013 which would only be tied to the original PC on which it was installed.

Apparently there's enough negative customer feedback from this that Microsoft has changed its licensing terms for the single, perpetual license version of Office 2013 to allow the transfer of the license from one PC to another "once every 90 days."
