WASHINGTON: The US Defense Department’s new US Cyber Command embedded a 32-character string of secret code on its logo. This caused a stir among bloggers and curious techies eager to decipher the veiled message.
A Cyber Command spokesman, Lt Cmdr. Steve Curry, said that including the letters and numbers in the organisation’s official seal is the idea of a female contractor who designed the logo.
