Departing from Singapore, ‘Ovation of the Seas’ embarks on a journey brimming with culture, cuisine and coastal charm.
ROYAL Caribbean will bring its Quantum Class ship, Ovation of the Seas, to Singapore for the 2025–2026 season.
From October 2025 to March 2026, this fan favourite celebrated ship will offer a varied line-up of experiences that make for a memorable holiday for every type of traveller as they visit awe-inspiring destinations such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and more on three- to eight-night holidays.
Short and sweet getaway
With their pick of three- and four-night getaways, travellers of all ages will enjoy a taste of the sights and sounds of South-East Asia, from indulging in renowned street food in the heart of Unesco World Heritage Site George Town in Penang, Malaysia, to kicking back on the sandy beaches of Phuket, Thailand.
Holidaymakers opting for a longer adventure can opt for a five-night cruise featuring a night in Phuket to soak in the lively night markets, or an eight-night escape to Bali and Lombok, to indulge in culture and adventure, and wander around the temples and waterfalls of Celukan Bawang.
“Ovation of the Seas is a ship packed with adventure, and with the new season’s line-up of holidays, friends and families can choose to holiday their way between short getaways to Penang and Phuket and longer sailings to Indonesia or with nights out in Phuket,” said Royal Caribbean International senior vice president Angie Stephen.
She notes that Singapore remains a cornerstone of Royal Caribbean’s presence in Asia.
“Singapore is the gateway to explore many of Asia’s most loved destinations, and it’s the combination of all the region has to offer and the unparalleled Royal Caribbean experiences that have made South-East Asia a central part of tens of thousands of memorable holidays over the course of 15-plus years. And that will only continue for years to come.”
Adventure and relaxation on board
Apart from the destinations, the ship itself is part of the holiday. Ovation of the Seas offers experiences for every kind of traveller, whether their priority is thrills, family time or simply unwinding.
Friends and families can make the most of their getaway in more ways than one while onboard, whether their sights are set on thrill, chill, family time, time on their own or all the above.
Adventurous guests can try out the North Star, a glass capsule that rises 300ft (91.4m) above sea level for 360° sweeping views, or the RipCord by iFly skydiving simulator.
Other highlights include the FlowRider surf simulator, rock climbing wall and bumper cars, as well as a full-size sports court and roller-skating at SeaPlex – the largest indoor activity complex at sea.
When it comes to dining, there are more than 20 options ranging from laid-back favourites like SeaPlex Dog House and Sorrento’s Pizza to signature restaurants such as Wonderland with its imaginative cuisine, Izumi for sushi and sashimi and Fish & Ships for casual seafood.
Even as the sun sets, the energy on board rises with electric live entertainment.
Onboard show venues like Two70 take centre stage, where aerialists, robotics and cutting-edge technology come together to create unforgettable performances.
Royal Caribbean International has been sailing from Singapore for over 15 years, making the city a gateway to some of Asia’s most-loved destinations. Part of a global fleet that sails to over 300 destinations worldwide, the upcoming season on Ovation of the Seas continues that tradition with new itineraries that bring together adventure, culture and relaxation.
