PETALING JAYA: National squash player Rachel Arnold has stormed into the Qatar Classic quarter-finals after bagging the biggest win of her career by beating Egypt's Nour El Sherbini.
World No. 25 Rachel stunned world No. 3 Nour as she came from behind to win the second-round match 9-11, 11-7, 11-8, 12-10 at the Khalifa International Tennis and Squash Complex on Monday (Sept 14).
The victory marked Rachel's second win over Nour in their four career meetings and her biggest victory in terms of world ranking.
Rachel also secured her best ever result in Doha, having exited the Platinum-level tournament in the opening round in 2025.
She will meet either English players Jasmine Hutton or Georgina Kennedy in the quarter-finals.
