I’ll be back for Asian meet, says injured Aifa

PETALING JAYA: National squash player Aifa Azman caused a scare by withdrawing from the National Junior Championships – but she has vowed to be back for the Asian Team Squash Championships late next month.

Aifa withdrew from the quarter-finals of the National Junior Championships on Friday in the Girls’ Under-19 category due to a knee injury which she picked up during her Indian Tour semi-final loss to Egyptian Jana Shiha in Jaipur on Feb 1.
