PETALING JAYA: There are many ways for people to rise from failure, and for national shooter Alia Sazana Azahari, she turns to journalling as a way to build a better version of herself each day.

The disappointment of missing out on the women’s 25m sports pistol gold at the 2021 Hanoi SEA Games still lingers for Alia, as she fell short by just a single point to Singapore’s Teh Xiu Hong, who topped the field with 34 points.
