Heartbreak hotel for Nur Masitah in final shootout

Siti Nur Masitah (centre) being consoled by her team-mates after finding out she had lost the 25m sport pistol final to a Singapore shooter after initially thinking she had won it.

YANGON: Siti Nur Masitah Badrin was clueless that she had lost the women’s 25m sport pistol individual final shootout in the very last shot at the North Dagon Shooting Arena here on Tuesday.

Nobody informed her that she had to settle for the silver after losing the shootout 9-7 right at the death to Singapore’s Nicole Tan.
