SHAH ALAM: Nur Aina Qistina Nor Maznizar proves there is no such thing as starting too late after turning a four-year taekwondo journey into a golden one at the Malaysia Games (Sukma).

The 16-year-old Selangor fighter claimed her maiden Sukma gold yesterday, beating Negri Sembilan’s Marieam Adlydelisha Afea Mohd Adam 2-0 in the girls’ 46kg kyorugi final at the Ideal Convention Centre (IDCC) in Shah Alam.
