Selangor to cut cost of Sukma by half but insist standard will be maintained

KUALA LUMPUR: The Selangor state government will slash the cost of organising the Malaysia Games (Sukma) in August by 50 per cent as the organisers move to rein in spending.

But Selangor Youth, Sports and Entrepreneurship committee chairman Najwan Halimi said the scaling down will not affect the standard of the Games.
