BANGKOK: They trained like women possessed, putting in six to seven hours a day - and it paid off.

Wonder girls Mandy Cebelle Chen, Sydney Chin and Loh Ying Ting owned the carpet, winning the women’s duilian barehands event to kickstart Malaysia’s gold hunt in wushu at Cheng Wattana Government Complex.
