PETALING JAYA: A short time in the Podium Programme was good enough to help lawn bowlers Aleena Ahmad Nawawi and Nur Ain Nabilah Tamizi win big in the women’s pairs event at the Asian Championships in the Philippines.

The duo rolled down the women’s pairs gold and were part of the national squad that defended their overall champion title at the championship in Clark on Sunday.
