KUALA LUMPUR: Tahira Najmunisaa Mohd Zaid does not need to look far for inspiration in her bid to win a first-ever gold medal in duathlon at the Cambodia SEA Games in May.

The 33-year-old mother has found strength and courage from her own four kids, especially her youngest daughter Sharifah Daniaa Abdul Rahman to excel in sports.
