PETALING JAYA: Petronas Sprinta Racing’s John McPhee can afford to try out new settings rather than complete a flying lap at the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli.

The 26-year-old Scottish rider, had after all, claimed his first Moto 3 victory on the same circuit last Sunday during the San Marino Grand Prix.
