Terengganu triumphs over Tenaga in MHL opener

PETALING JAYA: Terengganu begins their Malaysian Hockey League (MHL) campaign with a victory, defeating last season’s treble winners Tenaga Nasional 2-1 in the Charity Shield at the National Hockey Stadium in Bukit Jalil on Saturday (Jan 4).

South Korean Jang Jong-hyun gave Tenaga the lead with a penalty strike in the 27th minute.
