No SEA Games but Chew to grind it out in bid for spot in Olympics

Hard at work: Senior national diver Chew Yiwei hopes to emulate his 2018 Asiad bronze medal feat in the 3m springboard individual event at the coming Hangzhou Asian Games in September.

PETALING JAYA: Chew Yiwei continues to work twice as hard as the juniors although he is not going to the SEA Games for the first time in 12 years.

Malaysia Swimming (MS) are only fielding the back-up divers for the Cambodia Games in May to compete in four individual events (3m springboard and 10m platform) at stake.
