PETALING JAYA: In a shocking revelation, Youth and Sports Minister Khairy Jamaluddin has blamed national diving coach Yang Zhuliang for a “culture and environment of fear” in the team.
This “toxic environment” was what led to the ministry’s decision not to renew the contract of the coach, says the minister.
