Khairy: Zhuliang bred 'culture and environment of fear'

PETALING JAYA: A 'culture and environment of fear' among the Malaysian diving team is the main reason why the contract of head coach Yang Zhuliang (pix) is not being renewed.

"The main reason his contract is not extended is because there is a culture and environment of fear of among our national divers which has led to a rape case, sexual assault, violence, bullying and extortion," said Youth and Sports Minister Khairy Jamaluddin in a statement posted on his Facebook page.
