PETALING JAYA: Consistency and a prayer is what diver Pandelela Rinong needs as she eyes another Olympic podium.

In London four years ago, Pandelela made history when she bagged a bronze in the 10m platform individual event, becoming the nation’s first female athlete to mount the Games’ podium.
