Triple treat in the bag

KUALA LUMPUR: Good things come in threes. This seems true for cyclist Mohd Shah Firdaus Sahrom (pic) as he has earned an unexpected windfall and climbed to a career high No. 3 in the track world rankings.

The first good news came when the Johor state government handed a RM50,000 reward to Shah Firdaus for his superb keirin win in the UCI Nations Cup in Konya, Turkiye last month.
