PETALING JAYA: Nurul Izzah Izzati Mohd Asri continued to break new ground in women’s track cycling when she blitzed her way to a new national record in the sprint qualifying rounds at the UCI Track Nations Cup in Konya, Turkiye.

The 21-year-old put up a cracking effort in her 200m flying lap ride at Konya Velodrome, posting 10.578s to improve on her own national record of 10.685s set at the Asian Championships in Nilai last month.
