Coach Terryn believes more can be done to elevate junior cyclists’ ranks

PETALING JAYA: Nur Alyssa Mohd Farid may have made history by becoming the first Malaysian female to qualify for the keirin final, which ended with a crash, at the Junior Track World Championships in Luoyang, China, recently.

But for national junior track cycling coach Herman Terryn, returning home without a medal is a disappointment and he felt more can be done to further elevate the standards at the junior ranks.
