Shah has huge challenge on shoulder ahead of Paris due to injury

NILAI: A tendon injury on his left shoulder is threatening to disrupt Mohd Shah Firdaus Sahrom’s hopes of making a strong impression for Malaysia in his second Olympic Games outing in Paris.

Shah Firdaus did an MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) scan on Tuesday and has found out the extent of the niggling injury but is hoping to recover before the Olympic track cycling gets underway on Aug 6.
