PETALING JAYA: Datuk Razlan Razali (pic) has his to-do list ready as the new Kuala Lumpur Cycling Association (KLCA) president.

The former Sepang International Circuit (SIC) chief executive officer took over the president’s seat uncontested during the association’s annual general meeting at the Kuala Lumpur Hockey Stadium yesterday.
