PUTRAJAYA: Youth and Sports Minister Khairy Jamaluddin has decided to take a stern stance against the under-performing road cyclists.
Having seen the riders fail to win a single gold medal in last month’s Myanmar SEA Games, Khairy has set a two-year Key Performance Index (KPI) for the Malaysian National Cycling Federation (MNCF).
