PETALING JAYA: Badminton fans are in for an extraordinary treat at the Petronas Malaysian Open from Jan 7-12 at Axiata Arena.

The world's top players, including Malaysia’s finest, will gather in Kuala Lumpur to compete for glory in this season-opening Super 1000 of the BWF World Tour event.

The Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) have confirmed that tickets will be available online at http://t2u.asia/e/39413 starting 9.00am, on Thursday (Nov 28).

BAM are delighted to announce that ticket prices remain the same as last year’s edition.

Additionally, a new ticket category, Platinum B, has been introduced, offering fans more seating options.

Those looking to experience the entire tournament can purchase season tickets, with prices ranging from RM282 to RM2,000, depending on the category.

With high demand anticipated, fans are encouraged to secure their Malaysian Open tickets early to avoid disappointment, especially with the early bird promotion running until December 23.

“We encourage badminton fans who wish to watch the matches live at the stadium to connect to the ticketing website and secure their tickets as soon as possible. In previous editions, popular categories were quickly snapped up after sales began,” said BAM secretary, Datuk Kenny Goh.
