Malaysian shuttlers bag bronze in mixed team event


PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian contingent had a lot to cheer as the shuttlers contributed a bronze to the medal count in the mixed team event at the World University Games (WUG) in Chengdu, China.

Malaysia who defeated Hong Kong 3-1 in the quarter-finals on Tuesday, were sent packing 0-3 by Taiwan in the semi-finals yesterday.
