Nova keeping the faith that he’ll get one mixed pair to Olympics

PETALING JAYA: National mixed doubles coach Nova Widianto is adamant that the ‘’mission impossible’’ of getting one of the new pairs – Chen Tang Jie-Toh Ee Wei and Hoo Pang Ron-Teoh Mei Xing – to qualify for the 2024 Paris Olympics can be accomplished.

Tang Jie-Ee Wei is currently ranked 148th in the world while Pang Ron-Mei Xing is 10 spots below at 158th and it will be a monumental task for them to make it to the top eight before the qualifying period ends on April 28, 2024.
