It’s not all glitter for Azeem after relay gold with Auburn team


PETALING JAYA: It was a day of ups and downs for national sprinter Mohd Azeem Fahmi in the Louisiana State University Invitational.

The 21-year-old Azeem played a pivotal role to help Auburn University make a dash to gold in the men’s 4x100m relay in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on Saturday, but his joy was shortlived.
