WE, the members of G25, strongly support public calls for the government to restore the pension of former High Court judge Datuk Syed Ahmad Idid Syed Abdullah, who was compelled to resign in 1996 after exposing serious allegations of corruption and misconduct within the judiciary.
Syed’s case is not simply about a pension. It is about justice, accountability, and the way a nation treats those who have the courage to speak up when they believe that something is wrong.
