THE return of unhealthy air quality in parts of Sarawak and the emergence of haze in parts of Peninsular Malaysia should serve as an early warning that Malaysia must be prepared for another serious transboundary haze episode.
We have experienced this problem repeatedly in the past, hence we should not allow ourselves to be caught unprepared once again.
