Fix unfair civil service placements

I wish to express my concern regarding the placement system for government servants. I have been in service since 2015 and have worked in various settings, from resource-limited facilities to those equipped with advanced technology, including serving in East Malaysia.

Many officers accept challenging placements as part of public service. However, there is growing frustration over what appears to be inconsistent and sometimes unfair placement practices. Single officers are frequently sent to the most rural areas or far from home, while some married officers are separated from their families. At the same time, others seem able to remain in the same location for many years. Such situations create the perception of favouritism and raise questions about the criteria used.
