Solving Klang Valley’s transport congestion

I WRITE with deep concern about the worsening traffic congestion in Klang Valley. The current government came into office with clear election promises to improve public transport and reduce traffic congestion.

But the reality on the ground suggests otherwise. Traffic conditions have deteriorated, commute times are lengthening, and there appears to be little visible urgency in addressing the structural causes of the problem.
