Resolve legal issues over living donor transplants

I REFER to the report titled “Move to revive organ transplants” (The Star, Dec 31).

The Health Minister is mistaken in thinking that the Human Tissue Act 1974 refers to living donor organ transplants. That Act refers to cadaveric organ transplants.
