Double the teachers, double the impact in classrooms

IN 2027, the Education Ministry plans to introduce team teaching, where two teachers collaborate in one classroom. This is a forward- thinking step for the Malaysian education system, towards a more inclusive, dynamic, and interactive model of teaching. At its best, co-teaching can transform the learning environment. With two educators, students receive more individualised support, especially those who struggle to keep up or need extra guidance.

One teacher can focus on delivering content, while the other provides targeted assistance, ensuring that no student is left behind. This balance between instruction and support allows for deeper engagement and better understanding, especially in large classrooms where attention can easily be divided.
