BUYING K-pop concert tickets in Malaysia has always been stressful. For big shows, tickets can sell out within minutes, leaving many fans frustrated. Soon after, those same tickets often appear on resale websites at much higher prices. This has been a common and upsetting experience for concertgoers.

But recently, a new ticketing method has been tried that could change things for the better – even though there is no official plan to use it for future concerts yet.
