It’s best to keep retirement age at 60

RAISING the retirement age from 60 to 65 is a step backwards. For me, 60 is the right age to retire; it gives people time to enjoy life while they are still healthy and opens doors for the younger generation to step forward.

From the health perspective, advancing age naturally comes with a higher rise of fatigue and medical concerns, which can affect productivity and reliability. In many industries, roles demand agility, quick adaptation to technology and sustained energy levels, which may become more challenging as we grow older.
