EDUCATION is not a battleground for political rhetoric—it is the foundation of our nation's future. MCA urges Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir to treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves.

Recent debates over the presence of international students, in particular those from China, raise valid concerns among the public. While the Minister has verbally denied claims that foreign students are crowding out local applicants at public universities, we cannot rely on denial alone. It is time for the Higher Education Ministry (MOHE) to present clear, transparent data to support its position.
