For thousands of marginalised children in Malaysia – the stateless, the refugees, the indigenous youth in remote areas, those hidden by poverty in our inner cities – that future is fragile. We, Malaysia’s paediatricians, must look past our clinical charts and reaffirm our deepest ethical commitment to every child, everywhere. This is not just a medical challenge; it is a moral imperative.
