Cash aid can also be a prescription for better health


WEDNESDAY’S (July 23) announcement by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim that all Malaysians aged 18 and above would be getting a one-off RM100 cash aid has drawn scepticism from some quarters.

Some have pointed out that RM100 isn’t much, but let’s not underestimate the profound “breathing space” this can provide to families who are struggling to make ends meet.
