THE National Institute of Public Administration (Intan) recently conducted the first phase of an English language assessment under the English Language Enhancement Programme (Elep) for public service officers.
Initiated by Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Shamsul Azri Abu Bakar, the programme reflects Malaysia’s growing need for civil servants who can function confidently both at home and in international settings.
