Fostering unity and national harmony during Raya

In this festive and hopeful atmosphere for the upcoming new year, I call upon all segments of Malaysian society to unite in strengthening the spirit of unity and national harmony.

We live in a country enriched by diverse cultures, languages, and religions. This unity has been the cornerstone of our beloved nation. However, there are still those who choose to voice divisive and racist issues, particularly concerning temple land matters, which are often used as political tools to incite unrest. I strongly reject any statements or actions that have a racist undertone, as they only serve to sow division and threaten the fabric of our society.
